Contact & FAQ

Regal House Publishing

We are a traditional independent press located in Raleigh, North Carolina, and proudly accessible to all writers of finely crafted contemporary fiction, literary fiction, and historical fiction. Regal House has two imprints: Fitzroy Books that publishes Middle Grade and Young Adult fiction, and Pact Press, our social impact imprint, that publishes works that promote diversity, inclusion, and acceptance. We publish short story collections through our W.S. Porter Prize and poetry collections via our Terry J. Cox Poetry Award.

We are a traditional press, which means there is absolutely no cost to authors who publish with us.

*We don’t want you to be the victim of a scam. Please be aware that we do not post job announcements on Facebook or LinkedIn, and we will never solicit personal data from you via any online apps. We have recently become aware that individuals pretending to be employed at Regal House Publishing are soliciting applicants for customer representative positions. They are funneling prospective applicants through to various apps in order to solicit personal data. Please be aware that we did not post these job listings on Facebook, and these individuals do not represent our organization. We are reaching out to Facebook. LinkedIn, and WhatsApp staff at this time to address this wrongful impersonation and illegal solicitation. If you have any questions, please address them to us at info@regalhousepublishing.com. Thank you.

Storefront Return & Exchange Policy: While we are happy to issue a refund at any point before your item has shipped, once it has been put in the mail, we can no longer issue refunds. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, and, as always, are immensely grateful for your support of an independent press. If you have ordered more than one product from our website, they will be shipped together. Please also be aware that a preordered book will ship immediately upon a title’s release. For example, if you preorder a book in January that is to be released August 19, it will ship out to you on August 19 when that book is released. If you have any questions regarding your online order, please direct them to: info@regalhousepublishing.com. Thank you!

Please note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are some disruptions and delays in all stages of production and distributions. Printing and shipping times have increased industry-wide, which can cause some delays to the fulfillment of our online storefront. We greatly appreciate your business and your patience as we all work through these challenging times.
